Location: | The First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) and MPDU Orientation Seminars are conducted:
Electronically via Zoom. |
Registration: | Please register at www.hcii.org in advance of the scheduled class. |
Cancelation: | If you need to cancel or change your registration for a FTHB class, please call 301-590-2765 or direct an email to adminasst@hcii.org. If you need to cancel or change a registration for The MPDU Orientation Seminar, you must revisit the county’s MPDU online signup page. |
Late Arrival Notice: | Attendees joining the zoom link more than 15 minutes late to the First Time Home Buyer and MPDU seminars will not be admitted. You must attend the entire 3-hour seminar in order to get the First Time Home Buyer certificate and credit for attending the MPDU seminar. |
Inclement Weather Policy: | Classes will continue as they are now conducted via zoom. |
Accommodation for Special Needs: | If required, sign language interpreters can be provided when two weeks notice is given. Please send an email to adminasst@hcii.org or call 301-590-2765 to make advance arrangements. |
